Comments: Was eyeing this racquet for awhile. With yhe price drop it's a real steal. Very good power, comparible with Head Zeus. Where this racquet really shines is the control and front court play. Really a sharp looking racquet too. Very pleased with this purchase.
Comments: I demoed this series of racquets and found them all to be quite nice, no fancy gimmicks just straight-forward solid performers. The racquets felt comfortable in the hand, with a nice solid throat, no torsion that I noticed and, with a simple rubberband dampener, negligible vibration. Each of the racquets has a different weight and balance, so there is probably one that matches just about any player's preferences.
Comments: I normally play an Ektelon Speedsport Red (170g). I found the Disruptor 165 to be a little too head-heavy for my taste. I could feel my backhand getting weaker into the 2nd and 3rd games as the wrist grew tired of the weight. On the positive side, these are probably the best looking graphics on the market right now. Really wanted to like the Disruptor more.
Comments: So I have have been demoing this racket (as well as the One75 and One85) for the second time for the last few days. I played with the 165 and 175 when they first came out, but they didn't have the 185 which is my typical racket weight (Ektelon O3 Copper). Even having tried the One85 now I still like the One65 best out of this group. In spite of the fact that a lighter racket is typically not suggested for increased control I have found this racket to provide even more control for me that my heavier Copper and the power is excellent. I had gone with the 185 Copper because I am getting older and thought it was time to transition my game, but I find that my game might not be ready for that. Even though I have been playing with Ektelon for almost 20 years I am planning to get one of these for myself for Christmas, and put the O3 Copper away for a while. However, I would seriously suggest different strings and grip. The strings play like something on a recreational racket you would get at Target and the grip definitely reflects Dunlop's tennis background; it is not nearly grippy enough for the speed of racquetball. I will put the Ektelon Vision grip on it and anything would be better strings. With as well as this racket played with these factory limitations I can't wait to play with it when I put these upgrades on it!
Comments: Not only are they the best looking racquets that I have ever seen, been playing for 20 years. They hit the ---- out of the ball!!!Look out IRT, here comes this Cornhusker!!
Comments: Loving these racquets!
Comments: I have been demoing all 3 racquets in the Disruptive Series for the last week and all I can say is what great racquets! I normally play with a Gearbox 185 so I thought this racquet would be too light for me, but I was wrong. This racquet had great power, great control and great playability from the front and back court.
