Welcome to the New and Improved Demo Program! Don't wait around any longer to find out which racquet is best for you. With our new program you can get up to 4 demos and you will receive them within 2 weeks from the date you order it or the shipping is FREE.

The new demo program includes all racquets from 2007-08 and 2008-09.

Due to late shipments, this program currently excludes E-Force racquets.

How much does it cost?

The only costs you will incur are the UPS charges for shipping the racquets to you and back to Racquetball Warehouse. You can enter your zip code while you're adding demos to your shopping cart to see your shipping charges. The shipping costs range from as little as $10.00 for two racquets to $20 for four racquets (depending on distance).

How many racquets can I demo?

You can demo up to four racquets at one time.

How long does it take to get the demos & how long can I keep them?

It takes two days from the day we ship them for the racquets to reach you. Your racquets will ship the same day you order them or the following day (not counting weekends), depending on what time of day you order them. You get to keep them for one week. If you receive them on a Monday then you have to ship them back to us the following Monday. If you receive them on Tuesday then you return them the following Tuesday, and so on.

How do I return the demos to Racquetball Warehouse?

We provide you with a preprinted UPS label that you put over the label on the box you receive the demos in. You'll fill in the "shipment from" section and take it to any staffed UPS station, or give it to any UPS driver. You won't be charged any additional fees when you return the demos to UPS.

What if I forget to return the item?

We want as many people as possible to have a chance to demo these racquets so it's important that they're returned to us on time. You'll get a reminder email to return your demos the day before you are supposed to ship them back. If you ship them late, there is a late fee of $2.50 per racquet, per day. If you're more than 7 days late and we are unable to reach you, we will charge your credit card for the full price of the racquets.

How do I begin?

Use the "Racquets" links in the Left Menu on this page or the manufacturer links at the bottom of this page to find the racquet you want to demo. Click on the "Demo This Racquet" link and then just follow the directions that appear on each page. You'll be able to add more demos to your order, add products you want to buy to your order, and keep track of your shipping charges.
