Comments: I use to spend $300 on racquets. This is the best hitting Raquel I have ever owned. Not to mention the price is great. I haven't broke mine yet but I can afford to spend $80 to buy a new one.  I just bought another one for $74 to have a backup.  I am a big hitter. The one thig I noticed was the way the air cut through the holes in the frame and I didn't have near the resistance to hit top swing speed.  As always I wish all the manufacturers would quit putting such a big butt end on the handle. This one is hard to shave down.

Comments: I have been playing racquetball since fall of 72, I am 63 years young now, and I can tell you this racquet rock's and rolls. Plenty of power and if you just try to focus on hitting the ball with medium power and stay focused on lots of fundamental drills and control shots, your skill level will continue go up. Percussion shot making is king of the game in my book and will always give your opponents nightmares in all level's of play. I am currently a decent low open player and still I can bang the ball with the best. Sincerely, Ole school player, Craig W., I am still out here, bashing and blasting, some still remember those days and maybe my name.

Comments: I really like this racquet however I have broken 2 of them.  I figured I just hit the wall a few too many times with them. However after reading all the reviews about breaking racquets I'm not so sure I want to by a 3rd one.

Comments: Same experience for me.  Racquet broke in less than a year, and I had taken 3 months off for injury.  Don't waste your money.

Comments: Hi!... I shared the same comments from other players. The racquet breaks easily, even after hitting another's player racquet on a full swing.  I have had returned three (3) times this racquet via HEAD reps. Last one I sold it for $50 to a fellow player. It last about 3 months, until it broke.  It is a great racquet, but I switched to Head Great-White for lasting longer.

Comments: Best racket I've ever owned... and I have been using this racket since it was first released. I play twice a week, about 8 hours a week and have probably purchased 20 of these rackets. To the reviews here that talk about the frames breaking easily, I have never experienced that. Of course I have had frames break, but never without banging a wall first. I have had some of these rackets restrung several times and still use them, if you don't crack it against a wall they last a long time :-) This is a great racket with lots of power and control.

Comments: A friend of mine bought one (from amazon) after reading positive reviews. The frame cracked after just 2 hours of playing though, and he was being cautious since it was brand new. He doesn't have a particularly fast swing, and therefore wasn't getting the power out of this racquet. He did describe his shots as feeling more accurate.

Comments: I am sad that I am currently on my 4th (and last) o3 RG, and it too has cracked, after RbW has replaced a few (1 from eBay as well). I loved the way I could play with this model, so I stuck with it, and have Gorilla-Glued the cracked frame, and continue to use it until I can find another racquet with the same specs, combination of power, speed and playability, but improved durability. I have demoed and even bought other racquets, even from other brands, and for me, nothing compares. Looking forward to the next generation of great and durable racquets. Sincere Thanks to RbW for your great customer service!

Comments: I've had this racquet for two years and play 5 times a week. I"ve yet to even put a crack in my frame like others have mentioned, but I'm not a heavy wall banger either. This racquet is great because it provides amazing power and a lot of control. Keep in mind though the power is recquired by you to have a nice full swing. This racquet is highly recommened for those who play upfront who have reflexes and can chase the ball around the court with its lightweight.

Comments: This racquet hits very well. Lots of power. Good control. Has a major design flaw. Lack of good grommets on side holes supplying sweet spot will allow the strings to drive into the frame of the racquet and break the frame at this point. It also results in a broken string at this point. I have seen 2 racquets from Ektelon break in the exact same spot in only 2-3 month span. If you are looking for a durable, well designed frame that will keep you on the court, look elsewhere and consider looking for grommets at all string/frame interfaces.

Comments: I have had 3 of these racquets in the last 4 years.  I play 3 days a week, 2-3hrs every time.  This is by far my favorite racquet in the last 30 years of playing.  I could spend more money, but I wouldn't find a better racquet.  Very Happy with my Ektelon O3 RG.

Comments: I love this racquet. I don't plan on changing it for a long time. Since I've been playing with it my game has improved a lot. If your looking for a light racquet that also delivers power this is the one for you.
