Hi-Tec, a huge innovator in court-shoe technology has released their new Hi-Tec S750 4:SYS shoe. In addition to all of their previous technologies, Hi-Tec has added their new Ion-mask technology to guard against moisture. A rigid structure, integrated with mesh paneling makes this shoe not only lightweight and breathable, but also very supportive for lateral movements. This shoe was clearly engineered so you could put it on, and not give it a second thought until unlacing it after your match. The gusseted tongue ensures that it won't slide around during play, the locking lace system makes it easy to securely tighten your shoes, and the glove-like, cushioned fit with memory foam and natural motion design helps to ensure a happy foot. The shoe is even treated with an anti-bacterial material to help fight against developing noxious fumes after a long, physical match. To top it off, the styling is simple, yet eye catching; great for someone who likes looking good but doesn't need the spotlight of an overly styled shoe.
  • Fit: Length fits true to size. Width is medium. Arch support is medium. Slight break-in required.
  • Upper: Mesh and synthetic leather with Hi-Tec's Ion-mask technology for moisture management. Abrazone toe-guard, made of a highly durable polyurethane for toe-protection. Air-mesh, gusseted tongue and locking lace eyelets.
  • Midsole: Features Hi-Tec's patented 4:SYS midsole that provides cushioning and support while reducing energy transfer from hard steps. Multi-layered insole and a memory foam layer for a custom fit. V-Lite to keep the shoe lightweight.
  • Outsole: Gum rubber combined with impact zone and peak force technologies for a comfortable and grippy ride.
  • Weight: 14.8 oz's (Size 10.5)

Comments: Faulty shoes. Hi-tecs will blow out on the outside of the foot near your pinky toe. Fantastic shoe in every regard except durability. They have about a 2-3 months in them before they start to come apart at the seams. A shame really.

Comments: Love locking lace system, unfortunately left side of left shoe blew out within 3 months of buying them. Maybe just a manufacturing defect isolated to this shoe. Developed callous on both feet, which indicate to me feet moving around in the shoe towards the front inside edge near base of big toe, maybe just too wide of a shoe for me. Shoe had good floor grip and no other complaints.
