Comments: I highly recommand this product for athletes who need to ice but do not have access to a freezer directly after a workout. I take Ice-Up to work and then use it after my post-work exercise. It is slightly melted (after 10 hours), but there is still plenty of ice in the plunger. I agree that a small towel is quite valuable when icing. Ice-Up is a must-have for anyone on the run.
