At a shocking 11.4 oz you'll certainly be as fast as lighting in the 2014 Mizuno Wave Lightning RX3 shoe. The upper is comprised of an array of mesh paneling with a synthetic leather skeleton, making this shoe both structurally sound and more breathable than most other shoes on the market. With a serious mid-foot shank that extends into the Wave Plate, and a specially constructed upper, you won't be sacrificing support with all the missing weight. In terms of comfort and performance, this Lightning RX3 is hard to beat with its virtually 360 degree ventilation, and its enhanced AP midsole that's been engineered with increased rebound to give you the jump on your opponents shots.

  • Fit: Length fit is true to size. Width is medium, arch support is medium. No break-in required.

Comments: This pair of shoes was a welcome addition. I wore Asics Gel Sensei shoes for a couple of years and I had major sweat/blister issues. With this pair, my feet didn't slide around as much and my blister issue was pretty much gone. After about a month, one of the soft black grippers on the sole of the shoe came off. Another month later a 2nd came off. Finally, the entire outside of the shoe broke. I was so lucky, I never twisted my ankle. Even with all of durability issues, I still liked this pair of shoes as it completely helped my blister issue. In general, I play very hard and am quick on the court. I usually play twice a week for close to 2 hours each time. I owned this pair of shoes for <6 months or <48 game nights.
