The Pocket Radar is perfect for any avid sports fan. Use it during a practice or take it with you to the next tournament. This compact radar is easy to use but more importantly, accurate. It runs on just 3 AAA batteries.

To use: Hold the Pocket Radar up vertically like a camera phone with the beam from the radar lens directly in line with the moving object you want to measure. Then "Press and Release" the big red button, like you are taking a picture, while the target object is in motion. The speed will appear on the display.

  • Easy to use. Point and Shoot
  • Weight: 4 ounces
  • Takes 3 AAA batteries

Comments: I like it very much. But for me it's not "press and release". I need to press and keep pressing until the serve ends. And on the serve you will see more than one number, the last one is the real one, the first and second are about the movement of your preparation with the racquet. And I can't measure the ball coming from the other side of the court. To measure, I need to be just a few steps diagonally behind the server. So, it's wonderful to measure serves in a class, but not so good for other strokes, at least for us.
