The Wilson BLX Whip 170 racquet features a revolutionary new Power Hinge design at the base of the stringbed to enlarge the sweetspot. Moving up to 5mm in either direction, the Power Hinge provides maximum stringbed movement for ultimate power. Players of any skill level will love the incredible vibration-resistant characteristics of Wilson's BLX frame materials.  A 5 point head-heavy balance and low swingweight perfectly compliment this classic middleweight racquet's strung weight of 186 grams.

All racquets come factory strung with a wrist cord installed. Click the Specs tab for more details.

Comments: Been playing for 6 months and love the power.  Control wise not that great. Racket that I've test Head Great White, Head Graphene Radical 180, Ektelon exo3 esp toron 150 and couple other.

Comments: I recently started playing with the Whip, and so far I love this racquet. It has a solid feel with minimal vibration and a great combination of power AND control. To be honest, I was skeptical about the newly designed power hinge, but I'm now a believer. It does seem to increase both power and the size of the sweet spot.

Comments: I've been playing with this racquet for about a month.  It is without a doubt the most powerful racquet I have ever hit with!  The power hinge is as advertised.  If you want to improve your power game this is the racquet!

Comments: I demoed this after using a 205g Eforce.  After I got used to it, my game increased literally from a C+ player to a solid B, boarderline B+ player.  Power is not quite as great as with my eforce but boy is the accuracy better.  I never thought a racquet could make such a difference.
