Comments: After a series of stiff racquets brought on an old tennis elbow complaint, I dug out my old Prince O2 White and have experimented with a number of elbow-friendly strings, with mixed results. Laced up the ole O2 with Wilson Synthetic Gut Power 16 gauge at 44 and 42 pounds and gave them a try today after a month lockdown. Very nice outcome, so much that I thought I'd share here. Not as much spin as I'm used to, but on the whole, very pleased. I'll stick with this combination for a while to ensure a full recovery. Thinking of a hybrid later, perhaps later add a RPM or such on the mains at a similar tension. To see how that feels. Maybe upgrade the stick later. But for now, very satisfied.

Comments: It is a nice surprise! It is a crispy sensation, you can feel the contact, it gives you power and fun because you can translate your movements in the ball including drop shots. Price is another good stuff, it is cheap compared to other strings. What is surprising is how these strips surrounding the monofilament gives you more power. Obviously you have to work your technique and nice footwork, I'm a 4.5 level player using my Head Extreme Pro at 54 pounds. Perhaps bad things is that strings are moving and you have to align them constantly and if you are a good player you are going to break strings soon. Like I said before, these strings are fun, but perhaps not much durable. Also I'm trying Luxilon ALU Power, but it is not the same fun, but very durable.

Comments: Much better action than I expected for a synthetic gut. Certainly much better feel than I expected. I strung this string at 58 pounds on a Wilson Ultra Racquet. I'm a 4.5 level player.

Comments: Love the strings once they come off the stringer, however these have to be the worst string to use if the whole bed of the racquet is strung with them in my opinion. After three or four hits the strings look like spaghetti, they don't snap back. It isn't the tension because this is just coming off a new string job. I am using them on the Pure Strike 3rd Gen.

Comments: I tried the green color 16 gauge in my Blade 104 v7 at 57 pounds, full bed. It did feel good, but it moved around a bit too much versus NXT Power 16 at 57 pounds, full bed. Too bad the NXT Power doesn't come in green.

Comments: The best affordable string set-up I've ever used has Wilson Revolve in the mains and this synthetic gut in the crosses. This hybrid rounds out to $7.50 in cost, which is unprecedented given how well it performs. It's soft yet crisp, powerful yet offers good control, and has immense spin potential. The slickness of both strings allow them to move freely which provides solid spin potential especially during the first 5-6 hours of use. The only thing really lacking is durability (if you're a string breaker) and gut-like feel which you can only get by spending at least three times as much. Tension drop is a bit harsh too, but hey, it's still really affordable and lasts well for the price. A full bed of this synthetic gut would work really well for junior players or beginners, or players who don't break strings and need a comfortable, affordable setup. But like I said, this poly and synth gut hybrid is top notch!

Comments: I use these strings in a Babolat Pure Aero and they were fantastic. I've had my racquet strung with this string for six months and it has maintained the same feel and playability properties that it had when I first strung it. The only downside is that the string potential is not the best compared to others I've used in the past. Otherwise a great string.

Comments: I am a 5.0 player who easily gets tennis elbow bad. I decided to try this out after using regular synthetic gut and just love this. Great power, great feel, and one of the softest strings I've ever used. The only downside is it doesn't generate much spin. Great strings though!

Comments: Just love these strings! I have used these for 14 years. I like the new power and slice control in this updated version. Great for any level tennis player. I am a 5.0 player and use the Wilson nTour nCode 95. These strings work great with this racquet.

Comments: I used to play with a poly on a Babolat AeroPro Drive, but when I tried the Wilson Synthetic, it was much easier to play with. It was friendly on my arm and I could swing at the ball quite quickly. It did not generate a very heavy ball like the poly did, but it has good touch.
