This may be the most unique shoe in the racquetball market today. In terms of design and style, the Hi-Tec 4:SYS Infinity Flare rises above the competition. The seamless upper combined with the asymmetrical lacing system, makes this shoe so easy to wear you might just forget to take them off after your game. Say goodbye to awkward folds and pinching in the upper, as this shoe was designed with an anatomically correct fit in mind. Huge, mesh-paneled "windows" provide you with more breathability than any other shoe on the market right now without sacrificing support, thanks to the bonded nylon support frame. Of course, this shoe is still outfitted with all of Hi-Tec's tried and true technologies, making it one of the best shoes for racquetball enthusiasts.

FIT: Length = LONG. Width = normal. Arch = low. If you are in-between sizes we recommend ordering the smaller size.

  • Upper: Asymmetrical lacing system for superior fit. Mesh paneling for maximum breathability, and bonded nylon for support.
  • Midsole: 4:SYS multi-density midsole for ultimate stability.
  • Outsole: Peak Force outsole designed for serious traction.
  • Weight: 13.6 oz (Size 10.5)
  • Color: Black/Charcoal/Lime

Comments: Down right terrible racquetball shoe.  I have worn many and this shoe gave me blisters everytime I played.  I play 4-5 times a week and these shoes will be worn around the house and that is about it.  They breath good, arch support is low, and stability is minimal.  NEVER again will I buy Hi-tech Rball shoes!

Comments: Shoe breathes great and has great traction going forward. Does not perform well moving side to side. Definitely not a good shoe for racquetball. Poor arch support.

Comments: Durability is an issue. Insoles, plastic heal protector, and sides are starting to falling apart after 2 months of play.  Recently feel the inside is pinching my toes. I'm using the blue version on badminton floor mats.

Comments: I like these shoes a lot, they are extremely light and breath well. The durability seems good so far. I have used them for 6 months now. I will comment on traction however, if the court is even slightly dusty, they lack in traction. Keep the soles wiped off and they are an awesome shoe.

Comments: Light weight and minimal. I have been an Asics fan for many years. I recently started wearing Five Finger shoes to help strengthen my feet and improve my over all health so I am always looking for light/minimal shoes to wear in the sports that I like to participate in. These shoes were a perfect match. They grip the court well and help improve my footwork on the court. I bought a pair of Asics Gel Sensei 4 to compare with these and they felt like I was wearing a pair of combat boots compared to the Hi-Tec Infinity Flare 4 shoes. I like them so much that I bought a second pair to alternate with.

Comments: Looks: An interesting looking shoe for sure. The asymmetrical laces are very asymmetrical and makes you look kind of pigeon toed on the court from afar. That being said, i liked the look.  Comfort: The vented sides make for ridiculous beathability. Running in these shoes you can feel the breeze coming thru and cooling off your feet. The shoe is comfortable, but be warned, it has zero to no arch support.  Cushion: Ok. I expected much much better, but it's not the worst.  Fit: Like Rbw says - they run large.   Traction: Not the best. For gum rubber I expected a lot better.  Summary: The original 4:sys is still the best shoe ever made. Assuming these shoes don't have the durability issues of their recent shoes, these are hi-tec's 2nd best shoe. But for the price, I'd recommend getting a Mizuno or Asics for cheaper.
