• Racquetball Warehouse is an authorized dealer for every product we sell. We fully honor every manufacturer's warranty. See our Returns page for more information on warranty items.
• Orders received before 7:00 pm EST (4:00 pm PST) are usually shipped within 24 hours. From time to time we experience high order volumes which may result in minor shipping delays. In these cases you will be notified by our customer service staff as to when your order will ship. Overnight orders must be received by 1:00 pm EST (10:00 am PST) to ship same day.
• Orders may be placed by phone Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm EST (6:00 am to 8 pm PST), Friday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST (6:00 am to 6:00 pm PST), Saturday from 11:00 am to 8:30 pm EST (8:00 am to 5:30 pm PST), and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm EST (9:00am to 5:30 pm PST).
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Within the United States you can also send a check or pay by C.O.D. ($6.00 charge imposed by UPS for C.O.D. orders).
• Continental U.S. Customers - Our shipping charge is $5.75 (Racquetball ball cases are $5.75 per case) for all FedEx ground shipments within the continental United States. 2nd Day Air up to 3 pounds is only $8.75. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air over 4 pounds, or 3 Day Select delivery charges depend on the weight and destination of your order. We can also ship orders via the US Postal Service or UPS. Saturday and Sunday delivery is available. Call for rates.
