Our hope is to continue that great tradition with a common sense return policy that is both customer friendly and plain dealing! At Racquetball Warehouse, we'll do anything possible to make sure our customers are happy with what they receive. With that in mind, we have put together a return policy that is designed to protect and educate all Racquetball Warehouse customers. We hope you'll take a minute to read the following, common sense, return guidelines. Racquet:

New Racquets: We are a certified dealer for all the products we sell. It follows that we deal in brand new, factory direct racquets. If you, for any reason, wish to return your newly purchased racquet, you can receive either a refund or credit towards any other purchase (your option); however, we do ask for a few common sense prerequisites: A) leave the plastic on the handle intact and B) please refrain from "testing" or playing with it in anyway. WE CAN NOT TAKE BACK RACQUETS WHICH DO NOT MEET EITHER OF THESE CRITERIA! Credit for string and shipping costs will only be given provided the order was in our error. There is no re-stocking fee.

Defective Racquets: All the racquets we sell come with a full one-year manufacturer warranty. This covers physical defects that are caused by natural, un-abusive means. If a racquet you purchased from Racquetball Warehouse appears to have a manufacturing defect within the one year period, simply send the racquet back to us. Shipping costs (postage and insurance) to Racquetball Warehouse are paid by the customer. It will take approximately 4-6 weeks for a manufacturer to replace a defective frame. The final decision concerning replacement belongs to the manufacturer, not Racquetball Warehouse.

After the Manufacturer Decides: If your racquet is replaced under the manufacturer's warranty you have several options:

1) You may choose to receive the replacement racquet. If you do, we will string it at no charge with the string provided by the manufacturer (usually a synthetic gut).

2) If you purchased a new racquet while your racquet is going through the warranty process, you may choose to receive credit for the replacement.

3) You may choose to receive a credit for the racquet and not receive the replacement racquet. In this case, only a Racquetball Warehouse store credit will be issued.

For all replacement racquet credits or store credits, Racquetball Warehouse will apply the credit necessary to replace the defective racquet (up to the amount of the current selling price of the replacement racquet).

If the manufacturer determines your racquet is not covered under warranty, we will return your racquet to you along with the paperwork and explanation from the manufacturer.

Racquetball Shoes:

Please do not damage the original shoe box (ie: with tape) when returning NEW or UN-WORN shoes for credit or a refund. We cannot re-sell shoes without the manufacture's original box in good condition. Please take the time to send the shoes, and shoe box, back to us as they were shipped to you - in another box. Credit cannot be given for shoes sent back in damaged shoe boxes. Thank you.

Other Merchandise:

Grips, bags, sets of string, etc. can all be returned for full refunds or exchanges using the general guidelines of common sense (the products are in brand-new condition). Full credit will of course be given for orders that were in our error. Shipping costs for exchanges or refunds (where Racquetball Warehouse is not at fault) are billed to and paid by the customer.
