Holiday Shipping Details
Due to shipping carrier delays and increased order volume, we are anticipating shipping delays. All orders will be processed in the order that they are received. We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to ship all orders ASAP. UPS and FedEx have suspended guaranteed delivery dates until further notice. Thus, the arrival date of your package(s) may be subject to change.

Shipping Options
Racquetball Warehouse offers a variety of shipping services, depending on the items and shipping destination. In the event of inclement weather conditions, delivery delays may occur. Delivery guarantees for any shipping method do not apply to shipments affected by weather.
Racquetball Warehouse offers free shipping on orders over $50 delivered to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Depending on location, orders will arrive within 1-5 business days.
- Orders received Monday through Friday before 12:00 pm EST (9:00 am PST) ship that same day. Orders received Monday through Friday after 12:00 pm EST (9:00 am PST) ship the next business day.
- Orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays.
- Delivery for orders totaling $50 or more (excluding tax and shipping fees) is guaranteed within 2 business days once the package departs our warehouse.
- Free shipping only applies to packages under 12 lbs.
- Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, and there will be a separate charge for each shipment. Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.
- Shipping method will be determined by destination. Possible shipping carriers include UPS and GLS. Both UPS and GLS offer comprehensive tracking.
Racquetball Warehouse offers $9.95 Overnight Shipping for 1-4 lb. orders delivered to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Orders received Monday through Friday before 12:00 pm EST (9:00 am PST) ship that same day. Orders received Monday through Friday after 12:00 pm EST (9:00 am PST) ship the next business day.
- Orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays.
- Special $9.95 pricing applies to 1-4 lb. packages only.
- UPS offers a comprehensive tracking system via their website.
Racquetball Warehouse offers additional shipping options for expedited orders.
- Orders received Monday through Friday before 12:00 pm EST (9:00 am PST) ship that same day. Orders received Monday through Friday after 12:00 pm EST (9:00 am PST) ship the next business day.
- Delivery by 12 PM the next business day once the package departs our warehouse.
- Guaranteed delivery by 4:30 PM the next business day for select rural locations.
- Orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays.

- Shipping charges vary according to the weight of the package and delivery destination.
Racquetball Warehouse offers Priority Mail shipping via USPS to all U.S. addresses, including Puerto Rico and Guam.
- This is the only shipping method available for customers with a military APO/FPO address or shipping to a P.O. Box.
- Orders containing only gift cards will be shipped free using USPS Priority Mail.
- Delivery to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is expected in 1-4 business days once the package departs our warehouse.
- Delivery to military APO/FPO address and Guam may take 3-6 weeks.
- Shipping charges vary according to the weight of the package and delivery destination.
- Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. There will be a separate charge for each shipment, however there will only be one shipping charge.
- United States Postal Service offers comprehensive tracking on their website. Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.
