Shipping

Racquetball Warehouse processes orders for on business days (Monday - Friday). Orders that are placed before 12:00 pm EST (9:00 am PST) on a business day will ship the same day. Orders placed after the shipping cut-off or on a weekend or observed holiday will ship the next business day.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, and there will be a separate charge for each shipment (if applicable). Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to become active in the shipping carrier's system.

Free Shipping

Racquetball Warehouse offers free 2-Day shipping on all orders over $50 delivered to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

Free shipping offers only apply to packages under 12 lbs.

The shipping carrier for your order will be determined by the delivery destination. Possible shipping carriers include UPS and GLS. Both UPS and GLS offer comprehensive tracking and insured delivery.

$9.95 Overnight Shipping

Orders delivered to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States under 4lbs are eligible for $9.95 Overnight Shipping. Qualifying orders will be offered the promotional $9.95 price during checkout.

The shipping carrier for your order will be determined by the delivery destination. Possible shipping carriers include UPS and FedEx. Both UPS and FedEx offer comprehensive tracking and insured delivery.

Additional Overnight Delivery Options

Additional shipping options are available during checkout. Pricing for these options will be based on the size and weight of the package along with the delivery destination. Specific details on delivery times will be shown when the shipping option is displayed.

USPS Priority Mail

Priority Mail shipping via USPS is available to all U.S. addresses, including Puerto Rico and Guam and is the only shipping method available for orders shipping to a military APO/FPO address or shipping to a P.O. Box. Shipping charges vary according to the weight of the package and delivery destination.

Because of USPS size and weight restrictions, orders may be shipped in multiple packages which may result in additional shipping charges. If there are additional shipping charges, we will contact you before processing your order.

Orders containing only gift cards will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with no shipping charges.

United States Postal Service offers comprehensive tracking on their website. Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.

International Shipping

To view international shipping rates, place items in the shopping cart. In the "Calculate Shipping" box, select your country then click on the arrow to view the available rates. These shipping rates do not include custom fees or import charges that may be incurred when the package enters your country for delivery. For more information, see our international page.

Returns

30-Day Returns

Racquetball Warehouse wants you to take comfort in knowing that all items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of invoice date.

Products must be unused and in the condition they were received.

Autographed items are not returnable. All sales of these items are final.

Strung racquets will not be refunded for the price of the string.

Any racquet purchased as new, and returned used, will be eligible for a maximum of 65% store credit.

Free Return Shipping

Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States these orders will include a complimentary pre-paid UPS Ground return label in the box when the order is delivered. If you use the pre-paid return label provided, please allow 7-10 business days for the return package to arrive back at Racquetball Warehouse.

Orders shipped to international, APO/FPO, Alaskan or Hawaiian addresses or U.S. territories are not eligible for the free return shipping offer.

Return Forms

In your package, you will receive an invoice that has a return form on the back, you can also download the returns form that applies to your order above.

New Racquets

All racquets must be in new condition showing no signs of use (i.e. Upgraded grip, string, bumper guard, plastic removed from handle, or any other signs of use.)

All racquets that are not new condition can be returned within 90 days of the invoice date for up to 65% of the current selling price in Racquetball Warehouse store credit. Refunds will not be given for return of used racquets.

Instructions for Domestic Returns

Once you have your returns form filled out, place the items you would like to return back into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container. Place your returns form in the package and securely tape your shipment closed.

Attach the enclosed UPS return label to the outside of the box or soft pack. Write down the tracking number located on the return shipping label to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse. Remove or black out any other labels.

Drop the box off at any authorized UPS Service Station or UPS building. To find the UPS Service Station closest to you click here. You can also return your shipment by handing your package to a UPS driver. Your return will be processed within 3 business days once it arrives back at Racquetball Warehouse.

If you request an exchange, the product you have requested will be shipped back to you free of charge via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

Instructions for International Returns

Once you have your returns form filled out, place the items you would like to return back into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container. Place your returns form in the package and securely tape your shipment closed.

Ship the return package back to the following address with your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking information. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Write down the tracking number for the return from your preferred shipping carrier to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse.

Any customs fee incurred by Racquetball Warehouse will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges and customs fees that were assessed on the original order are non-refundable.

Instructions for Returning a Gift

Follow the instructions above based on your location, using the Gift Returns Form instead of the Form found on the back of the invoice.

Defective Items and Warranties

If you receive an item that is broken or defective prior to use, contact RW immediately to arrange for replacement or credit.

For defects or damage that occurs after an item has been used, it is subject to the warranty terms that vary by item and manufacturer. Please contact us about return procedures for any product you believe to be defective.

All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Defective Racquets

All new racquets come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please note that manufacturer's policies vary by brand:

  • HEAD: 6 Months (One replacement max)
  • Harrow: 6 Months
  • E-Force: 1 Year
  • Ektelon: 1 Year
  • Dunlop: 1 Year
  • Gearbox: 6 Months
  • ProKennex: 1 Year
  • Wilson: 6 Months

Defective replacements are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Racquetball Warehouse may replace the racquet immediately if we feel the manufacturer will determine the racquet is defective.

Racquets sent to the manufacturer for evaluation can take up to 6 weeks. If purchased racquet is no longer available, store credit will be given in the amount of the original purchase price.

Racquets that have been abused, run over, damaged from heat, etc. will not be replaced.

Ball Machines and Stringing Machines come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
