Racquet Matching Service
How it Works
Once you have chosen your desired racquet model and grip sizes, please follow these steps to finalize your racquet matching:
1. BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER, contact our Racquet Specialist department via phone or email to request the matching service.
2. A racquet technician will measure up to 10 racquets to identify those with the closest specifications. Racquets are considered a "match" if within 1.5 grams, 0.5 balance points, and 2 swingweight of each other. If a matching pair cannot be found within the first 10 racquets, a representative will reach out to you with the option of searching another set of racquets for an additional $20 fee.
4. Upon receiving your approval, the chosen racquets will be expertly strung and prepared for shipment to your location. This service typically takes around 3 to 5 business days
*Please note that we charge $20 per racquet match beyond the initial match. If you require matching for more than 10 racquets, each additional match will be subject to a fee of $30. Our matching service is also available for international customers, some restrictions apply.

Restringing Service
How it Works
Tennis Warehouse prides itself on high quality racquet stringing services. We know that the quality and comfort of your play is a direct result of the quality of your string beds.
1. Download and complete the Mail In Restring Form detailing the racquets you need restrung, as well as your desired string and tension.

2. Ship your racquet to us using the shipping carrier of your choice; we recommend using one that provides tracking.
3. Once we receive your racquet, you will be contacted by a Racquet Specialist who will provide a timeline for completion and arrange payment for the services rendered.
4. Once your custom stringing service is complete and dispatched for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with reliable tracking information.
Please note: Service fees, including return shipping is applicable for contiguous US residents only. For services to Hawaii, Alaska and all international locations, please contact our Racquet Specialist team directly to receive a quote.
