Superfeet Premium Insoles Blue
Comments: I had plantar fasciitis a couple of years ago and I had to take a break to let it heal (took about a year).
To my horror, I started feeling the pain again 2 weeks ago. I heard about superfeet, and ordered the blue one because I have lower
arches. They are just what I needed. This past weekend I did a 7-mile run and played tennis without any hint of my plantar
fasciitis pain. I will buy more. Even better is the fact that I'm a size 8 so I didn't even have to cut the insole and it fit perfectly in my
Comments: If you are flat-footed like me, or have low arches, these insoles may offer you some help. I'm generally
skeptical of insoles, since I never have had good luck with finding any that helped me, until I found these. What prompted me to
try them is when I discovered I had plantar fasciitis in my left foot. These insoles do a wonderful job of supporting my arch and
taking some of the pressure off of my heel. If you have plantar fasciitis, your heel is where you will feel the pain, particularly on
the inside of it. These insoles are thin as described, so they do not take up a lot of space inside of your shoes, and the arch is
subtle, so there wasn't the jabbing or protruding feeling that I have felt while wearing other insoles designed for people with flat
feet or low arches. If you are suffering from plantar fasciitis, I would strongly recommend giving these a try, since I believe they
are part of a long-term solution to this problem. They provide relief to a stressed arch, and take a lot of pressure off of your heel.
Comments: I work out a lot, but I'm built kinda like a linebacker, and find that after doing Stairmaster or treadmill,
my feet are usually pretty sore in the arch area. So, I'm a prime candidate for needing more arch support, something that
Superfeet are supposed to give you.
Comments: Great for tennis, running, and etc. if you need additional support. It's as good as a custom orthotics at
a fraction of the price.
