His top-8 ranking will save him from having to qualify for the main draw and the resulting wear-and-tear of the early rounds. Quick to cover the court and with a solid power game, his 2013-2014 season overall results were impressive as this up-and-comer played deep into the draws, making seven quarterfinal appearances while playing every tier one event.
